She said that the occupying forces have crossed all limits of barbarism and inhumane acts, as they even use the rape of women as a weapon of war to defuse the flames of the ongoing just movement for the right to self-determination. .

Mushaal said dozens of senior Hurriyat leaders and young Kashmiris have been tortured to death in detention for their sole crime of speaking out to liberate Kashmir from Indian rule.

She said senior Hurriyat leader Yasin Malik was being held in a death cell, fearing he had been tortured to death, efforts should be made to secure his speedy release from unlawful detention.

She lamented that the fascist Indian Hindu government led by Narendra Modi was working on a nefarious plan to further marginalize the majority population in Kashmir through imperialist policies such as land grabbing, extermination of inhabitants, forced evictions, widespread aggression, arbitrary arrests, extrajudicial executions, enforced disappearances and systematic genocide of Kashmiri youth in fake encounters.

Furthermore, Mushaal stated that members of the IIOJK were being killed, tortured, raped and their lands illegally ceded to non-Kashmiri Hindus in the various parts of the occupied territory in outright violation of international law and human rights. the man.
