SDNY COURTHOUSE, April 10 – Aero AG Holdings has sued Huggoes Fashion for allegedly infringing on its “famous” trademark AEROSOLES.

On April 8, U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, Judge Sarah L. Cave, held a hearing. Inner City Press has it covered.

Judge Cave denied Aero’s request for additional jurisdictional discovery and gave him until April 15 to decide whether to oppose the motion to dismiss or file an amended complaint.

Case is Aero AG Holdings, LLC v Huggoes Fashion LLC, et al., 21-cv-9499 (Caproni/Cave)
